WARRANTY
FOLD warrants all of our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery.

We do not warrant against normal wear and tear, or damage due to customer accident or misuse. Natural variations in products made in whole or in part of natural materials, such as wool, linen or cotton, are not considered defects. The customer must exercise proper care to minimize any such damage. Handmade products will generally vary in color or texture. Measurements are approximated due to the fabrics natural ability to stretch.

Due to the nature of electronic media, color of actual product may differ slightly from pictured. We strongly suggest that you request a fabric color sample before you place an order. Dye lots may change without prior notice.

RETURNS
All Wool products are made to order, therefore considered to be custom order. Custom Order Policy: No Changes, No Cancellations, No Returns and No Refunds without prior approval of a reasonable claim. Please make your choice about a custom order very carefully and cautiously, as it is impossible for FOLD to store and re-sell rejected custom items to other customers. Hence, our policy is that CUSTOM ORDERS CAN NOT BE CHANGED OR CANCELED IN WHOLE OR IN PART ONCE AUTHORIZED.

All of our linen products, and wall applications are in stock. A 25% restocking fee will be applied on returns for reasons other than manufactures defect. Back order may apply without notice for up to 4 weeks. If you are unhappy with your order we will gladly exchange it for a similar item or cost at shippers expense.

PAYMENT & TAX
All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping. We accept Visa and Mastercard, and American Express only. If you would like to pay by check please contact us to place the order. All orders paid by check will not be produced or shipped until the check has cleared.

No sales tax is charged on your order unless the order is delivered in the State of California or the Buyer is a California resident.

DELIVERY TIMES
Our delivery times are approximate. No order can be canceled due to a delivery time longer than specified. "Rush" orders are available, please contact us for pricing.
